We will NOT ship internationally. All orders must have billing and shipping addresses in the United States. Exporting certain firearm products may be subject to U.S. and other government requirements. The United States and other governments control the export of certain munitions. These controls encompass export regulations and license requirements. Whether a product requires an export license can depend on the product itself, the end-user and/or purchaser assume all responsibility for compliance with all laws. For more information, consult the U.S. Arms Export Control Act, the U.S. Export Administration Act, the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
WHAT IS TAX RATES FOR ITEM PURCHASED?
To cover sales tax, a fee of approximately 6.0% (subject to change) will be added to the total for orders with a shipping address in Idaho.
Although we, as the seller, are not obligated to collect sales tax for states other than Idaho, a purchase from us is subject to your state's sales/use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. A purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Your state, if it imposes a sales/use tax, requires that you report and pay the tax due on your purchases. Details of how to file this return may be found on your state's department of revenue website.
